EXHIBIT SHOW / ACTIVITIES
Friday, April 12: Vendor set-up is available from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Join us for our annual bowling tournament at 11:00 a.m. Buses will depart from the hotel lobby at 10:15 a.m. Individual cost is $50. Lane sponsorship is available for $200 per lane and includes one free bowler registration.
Saturday, April 13: Vendor set-up is from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tear down is immediately following the conclusion of the Exhibit Show. Exhibit Show is from 2:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Please join us for a Cruise themed evening in Semi-Formal/Business Casual attire and enjoy a delicious buffet dinner and dancing to a live band. Banquet tickets are $75. Please consider joining us for dinner instead of taking a group out away from the event. We have tables for 10 reserved for you and your guests for a discounted price.
Sunday, April 14: Conference opens at 8:00 a.m. with breakfast, announcement of the poster contest winner, awards, election results, and installation of the CASTO 2019-2020 State Executive Board. Breakfast tickets are $45.
Sunday, April 14: Supplier “Meet and Greet” (2:15 to 4:00 p.m.) Didn’t get enough time to speak to the attendees at the trade show? No problem! Now you can at the “Meet and greet” event. This opportunity is $1,000 includes a reserved table, 20 drink tickets, and more. This is only open for vendors who participate in the Meet and Greet sponsorship.
Special Event - Sunday Night:
Come join the fun for a few hours at Knott’s Berry Farm from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30. Transportation will be provided. (Extra Ticket Required)
The Bowling Tournament will take place Friday, April 12, 2019 at the Fountain Bowl, 17110 Brookhurst Street, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. The Tournament will begin at 11:00 a.m. and consist of 2 games. Transportation will be provided from
the hotel. The bus will depart from the hotel at 10:00 a.m. The bus will depart at 1:00 p.m. Individual cost is $50.00. Lane sponsorship is available at $200 per lane. Lane Sponsorships include one free bowler registration. A team is four (4) people.
