    This includes two lunch tickets. A white plastic table cloth will be given to those vendors who do not have a table top cover.

    Additional Lunch Tickets may be purchased on the next screen.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The 2019 Mechanic & Maintenance Supervisor Workshop and Trade Show is scheduled for Thursday, July 25th and Friday, July 26th, 2019 at Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, Transportation Facility 12485 Joerger Dr, Truckee, CA 96161. Thursday, July 25th is the Trade Show and it will be with tabletop displays and buses outside.

The table set up will be on Wednesday, July 24th beginning at 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Please make sure your company will be finished by 6:00 pm. A white plastic table cloth will be given to those vendors who do not have a table top cover. Everyone will need to be at your display table by 9:00 am Thursday.

Registration cost is $350.00 for one table and $250.00 for additional table. VENDORS USING 1 TABLE AND 1 BUS SPOT:  $500.00. The fee includes two lunch tickets. Additional lunch tickets are $25.00 each. (Your lunch tickets and nametags will be available at registration at the workshop.)

There are only a few electrical outlets. Please let me know if you must have to have an electrical cord plugged in and if so, you must bring a very long extension cord and power strip.

Door prizes will be given out on Friday at the end of the workshop. If you have any items/gift cards you wish to donate, just bring them with you and give them to me on Thursday.

CASTO will continue to have the CALIFORNIA BEST Technician and Inspector competition. The winner will be sent to compete in the National Association for Pupil Transportation (NAPT) America’s Best competition. Part of your registration fee goes towards a t-shirt to the CA Best participant and will help with costs of sending the winner to the National competition. If you and/or your company would like to help with the competition, please call CA Best Chair, Phil Medved at 619-261-1381 or pmedved@powayusd.com.
