  • General Registration - One Table.

    This includes two lunch tickets. A white plastic table cloth will be given to those vendors who do not have a table top cover.

    Additional Lunch Tickets may be purchased on the next screen.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The 2023 Mechanic & Maintenance Supervisor Workshop and Trade Show is scheduled for Thursday, July 20th and Friday, July 21st, 2023 at Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, Transportation Facility12485 Joerger Dr, Truckee, CA 96161.Thursday, July20th is the Trade Show and it will be with tabletop displays and buses outside.

The table set up will be on Wednesday, July 19th beginning at 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Please make sure your company will be finished by 6:00 pm.  Everyone will need to be at your display table by 9:00 am Thursday.

Registration cost is $450.00 for one table. VENDORS USING 1 TABLE AND 1 BUS SPOT:  $600.00. The fee includes two lunch tickets. Additional lunch tickets are $25.00 each.(Your lunch tickets and name tags will be available at registration at the workshop.)

There are only a few electrical outlets. Please let us know if you must have an electrical cord plugged in, and if so, you must bring a very long extension cord and power strip.

Door prizes will be given out on Friday at the end of the workshop. If you have any items/gift cards you wish to donate, just bring them with you and give them to us on Thursday.

Please sign up as soon as possible because we will have t-shirts made with the participating vendors name on the back. To have your name on this list, you must sign up by June 16, 2023. If you register after that, your company name will not be listed on the t-shirt.

Lodging Information:

Unfortunately, CASTO was unable to secure a room blocks for this year.  Due to July being a prime season, the hotels are currently not experiencing a shortage of business and are unwilling to offer special pricing or reserve a block of rooms.
