As CASTO celebrates 56 years of pupil transportation safety, we invite you to join us at the 2024 CASTO State Conference in Anaheim/Garden Grove, California on February 24-26, 2024.
Conference Facilities and Housing
On a busy palm tree–lined street, this down-to-earth hotel is a mile from Anaheim Convention Center, 3 miles from Disneyland Resort and 2 miles from Interstate 5. Relaxed rooms provide free Wi-Fi, minifridges, Keurig tea and coffeemakers, and safes. Suites add living rooms and sleep up to 6 guests. Room service is offered.
Amenities consist of an outdoor pool, a hot tub and an airy lobby lounge area, as well as a laid-back bar and a casual eatery. There’s a 24/7 gym, a business center and 36,000 sq ft of meeting space.

EXHIBIT SHOW / ACTIVITIES
Friday, February 23: Join us for CASTO Bowling at 11:00 a.m. Buses will depart from the hotel lobby at 10:15 a.m. Individual cost is $40. Sponsorship is available for $200 and includes one free bowling registration.
Saturday, February 24: Vendor set-up is from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tear down is immediately following the conclusion of the Exhibit Show. Exhibit Show is from 2:15 p.m. to 5:00p.m. Please join us for dinner followed by a Totally 80's night. Feel free to dress the part! Tickets are $75. Please consider joining us for dinner instead of taking a group out away from the event. We have tables for 10 reserved for you and your guests for a discounted price.
Sunday, February 25: Conference opens at 8:00 a.m. with breakfast, announcement of the poster contest winner, awards, election results, and installation of the CASTO 2023-2024 State Executive Board. Breakfast tickets are $45.
Sunday, February 26: Supplier “Meet and Greet” Didn’t get enough time to speak to the attendees at the trade show? No problem! Now you can at the “Meet and greet” event. This opportunity is $1,000 includes a reserved table, 20 drink tickets and appetizers. This is only open for vendors who participate in the Meet and Greet sponsorship.
Sunday Night at Knotts Berry Farm
After the vendor Meet and Greet event, we invite you to join us at Knott’s Berry Farm. This is an excellent opportunity to spend some quality time with your customers and colleagues while enjoying the various attractions at Knott’s Berry Farm. Kindly note that the tickets must be purchased in advance, and each ticket costs $39.00.
