EXHIBIT SHOW / ACTIVITIES
Friday, February 21: Join us for CASTO Bowling at 11:00 a.m. Buses will depart from the hotel lobby at 10:15 a.m. Individual cost is $40. Sponsorship is available for $200 and includes one free bowling registration.
Saturday, February 22: Vendor set-up is from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tear down is immediately following the conclusion of the Exhibit Show. Exhibit Show is from 2:15 p.m. to 5:00p.m. Please join us for dinner followed by a Rock of Ages night. Feel free to dress the part! Tickets are $125 Please consider joining us for dinner instead of taking a group out away from the event. We have tables for 10 reserved for you and your guests for a discounted price.
Sunday, February 23: Conference opens at 8:00 a.m. with breakfast, announcement of the poster contest winner, awards, election results, and installation of the CASTO 2025-2026 State Executive Board. Breakfast tickets are $45.
Sunday, February 23: Supplier “Meet and Greet” Didn’t get enough time to speak to the attendees at the trade show? No problem! Now you can at the “Meet and greet” event. This opportunity is $1,000 includes a reserved table, 20 drink tickets and appetizers. This is only open for vendors who participate in the Meet and Greet sponsorship.
Sunday, February 23: Social Event - Hollywood After the vendor Meet and Greet event, we invite you to join us in Hollywood. This is an excellent opportunity to spend some quality time with you customers while enjoying a TMZ bus tour and time on the Walk of Fame.

Cancellation requests must be in writing and postmarked no later than February 2, 2025. You may email cancellations to cceleste@orangeusd.org. CASTO will assess a 10% fee to cover the cost involved with cancellations. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations/changes received after February 2, 2025 or for no shows.
