This prestigious event brings together the best school bus drivers to showcase their skills, compete for top honors, and advance safety standards in student transportation.

Exciting News for 2025!

If you attended the 57th CASTO Annual State Conference session, “Sharpen Your Driving Skills – Let’s Roadeo!” on Saturday, February 22, 2025, and received a raffle ticket from Mr. Dano Rybar, you have a special opportunity!

Your roadeo registration fees for either the Southern or Northern Sectional will be waived—but you must follow these steps:

• Attach your raffle ticket (with your name clearly printed) to your Sectional Roadeo Entry Application – Competitor Registration page electronically.
• Important: Registrations submitted without the required raffle ticket will be canceled, and standard contest fees will apply.

ROADEO APPLICATION INFORMATION

All entry applications included in the attached booklet must be completed and submitted through the CASTOWAYS website as instructed on the application form. The entry form for Best Represented must also be submitted at this time.

• Each contestant must indicate their competition category on the application form (see general information).
• If competing as part of a team, each contestant must specify the three (3) team members.

No on-site registration will be accepted on the day of the Roadeo. The only exception is for team member replacements, which require:

• A new "Certification of Employer" signed consent form
• Approval from the Roadeo Committee State Chairperson or State Vice Chairperson

Replacements may be made at registration check-in; however, advance notification is strongly encouraged.
