As CASTO celebrates 58 years of pupil transportation safety, we invite you to join us at the 2026 CASTO State Conference in Burbank, California on February 28 - March 2, 2026.

EXHIBIT SHOW / ACTIVITIES
Friday, February 27: Join us for CASTO Bowling at 11:00 a.m. Buses will depart from the hotel lobby at 10:15 a.m. Individual cost is $40. Sponsorship is available for $200 and includes one free bowling registration.
Saturday, February 28: Vendor set-up is from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tear down is immediately following the conclusion of the Exhibit Show. Exhibit Show is from 11:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please join us for dinner followed by a Grease! night. Feel free to dress the part! Tickets are $150 Please consider joining us for dinner instead of taking a group out away from the event. We have tables for 10 reserved for you and your guests for a discounted price.
Sunday, March 1: Conference opens at 8:00 a.m. with breakfast, announcement of the poster contest winner, awards, election results, and installation of the CASTO 2026-2027 State Executive Board. Breakfast tickets are $65.
Sunday, March 1: Vendor “Meet and Greet” Didn’t get enough time to speak to the attendees at the trade show? No problem! Now you can at the “Meet and greet” event. This opportunity is $1,000 includes round table opportunity to speak more intimately with the decision makers in a closed setting. Afternoon refreshments will be served. This is only open for vendors who participate in the Meet and Greet sponsorship.

Cancellation requests must be in writing and postmarked no later than February 8, 2026. You may email cancellations to flossie.lopez@smusd.org. CASTO will assess a 10% fee to cover the cost involved with cancellations. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations/changes received after February 8, 2026 or for no shows.
