CASTO 2025 School Transportation Business Management Forum is scheduled for October 21-23, 2026, Delta by Marriott, Garden Grove/Anaheim. This annual event provides important information for Superintendents, Chief Business Officials, Transportation Directors, Managers, Supervisors and others responsible for managing school transportation.

Registration Information:

Early Bird Registration for CASTO members only will run from July 17th through July 31st.  Cost is $348.  Included is attendance in all sessions/programs, Wednesday night "Welcome" Reception, continental breakfasts on Thursday and Friday. Lunch on Thursday and admission to the Exhibitors Reception.

Registration fee is $398.00 for each CASTO member and $448.00 for non-members.  Included is attendance in all sessions/programs, Wednesday night "Welcome" Reception, continental breakfasts on Thursday and Friday. Lunch on Thursday and admission to the Exhibitors Reception.


Registration after September 13, 2026 the registration fee will increase.  The price will be $458.00 for members and $498.00 for non-members.


Spouses, significant others, and non-transportation guests will cost $75.00 which will provide access to the Welcome Reception and the Vendor Show.

CASTO has established special room rates for this event.  The cost is $174.00 per night.  This special room rate is available for stays between Tuesday, October 20, 2026 through Saturday, October 24, 2026.  The last day to book is September 15, 2026.
