Precious Cargo: Real Magic Behind the Wheel

Speaker, Mentalist and former San Francisco school bus driver Heather Rogers brings CASTO an interactive keynote built especially for the people who get students there and back, safely, every day.

Through mind-reading, humor, and true stories from her own years on special needs routes, Heather explores the mental and emotional agility the job actually demands — and the community transportation professionals build with each other, with families, and with every student who climbs those steps.

You'll leave with:

  • A sharper read on the emotional agility your work requires, and how to protect it across a long shift
  • Practical ways to steady yourself under pressure, so safety stays a mindset and not just a checklist
  • A renewed sense of the team around you — drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, trainers — and what holds it together
  • A clear-eyed look at the impact you have on students, most of which you never get to see

Come ready to laugh, be amazed, and leave knowing exactly how much your work matters.
